First Post for the New Year. Finally!

So first thing first! I hope everyone had a Happy happy New Year

and a wonderful Valentine's day.

This year so far i have made new Friend's and seen Friend's that i haven't seen in a very long time. I'm still working on cosplay costume, I even had a few commission costume to make for the past month.
I made super girl, Geisha V as Black cat and worked on revamping a dead pool costume.

I even joined in on a fan video.

Also the last time i went to a doll meet here in NY was September or august 2011 but any way's i went to the doll meet this month and i had a good time. I'll definitely go again next meet.

After Otakon through Fashion night out!

Well i haven't been on here for awhile. Although it was like 103 degrees through the weekend of Otakon we got through it. As you know i was cosplaying Hseinko/ lei lei which was a success and my friend was the mushroom from Kingdom hearts. I do have pictures and video but ill put it on later.  

    

Then after coming home from Otakon I went to only one of the doll meet for last month in August . Went to karaoke with my sister and a few friends. the two trees in our backyard were downed by Irene.

Fashion Night Out in NYC was great I got to meet and greet Yuko Yamaguchi at Sephora for her Hello kitty collection. Saw friends that I haven't seen in a long time and got a picture of the most sexiest twins. 

Otakon is coming up

it's almost time for otakon and yet I didn't finish my costume. Now I have to rush in making it. Oh by the way I am Cosplaying Hsein Ko from marvel vs capcom 3 / Dark stalkers. I am making her alternate color costume which is blue and black. I am done with the outfit but i still have to make the shoes, hat and the claws. I only have 2 weeks to finish it . On friday if your heading to Otakon on july 29-31 come check out the the marvel vs capcom photo shoot by the outdoor fountain at 7pm.

At the Doll meet and i missed the parade

Went to the usual Saturday BJD doll meet in NYC and my sister finally came to. It's really because of her that i got into these dolls.I was really early for the meet I arrived around 10:30am which was way to early. The meet doesn't start at 12pm. Anyway the reason why was because me and my sister were already in the city. We were spending the weekdays by our grandmother it was nice the weather was a bit bad it was raining the whole week but luckily it didn't rain on the weekend.

I ended up missing the mermaid parade because of the doll meet plus it was to far to travel from the city to coney island. I also had done a mermaid commission outfit for a friend who was going to the mermaid parade. i have to say it came out awesome.

Anime Next and Doll meet

So I went to AnimeNext this year not necessarily for the convention but for the doll meet. The last time I went to AnimeNext it use to be at the NJ center. I though that the new location wouldn't be that great but i was totally wrong. I love love the new location, I love it so much that I would love to go back to AnimeNext Next year.

Anyway we did end up finding the meet or what was left of it. We also enjoy

the many awesome costume that we have seen. We meaning me and Asia. NinaStar was at the convention mostly spending her time in the video room. Im not sure if her small Gyaru meet was a succes or not. Oh well her are some pictures I took at the convention/meet.

Alot has happened!

Al lot of events happened since the last time I wrote something so ill just make it really short.

So the last week of may i was invited to a wedding. It's the first time i have been to one. I really like it and enjoyed myself. The place where the wedding was held was at Oheka Castle. I have tho say it was absolutely Gorgeous.

This past weekend it was international Lolita Day [june 4, 2011]. Which a small event was being held at kinokuniya I really don't have much to say about that. I just hung out with my sister and my friends for the day then went to karaoke. Want to know more check out my sister blog for more info and pictures. On Sunday June 5 Ninastar had held a mini doll-meet at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. That's the first time i went without any event going on there. I usually go to the BBG only when it's Sakura Matsuri. It was really different with hardly any people around and it was great.

Me and my friend Asia tooks some pictures of our dolls. Needless to say the most pictures that i took of was of her Elf Ducan Raven.

There was other things that I can talk about but Ill leave it for next time. In Short i have a graduation to go to this week and AnimeNext is coming up plus i have to start a commission costume for someone for the mermaid parade.
